1. Who We Are

Empower 360 Community Hub (“Empower 360”, “we”, “us”), founded by Pawan Pandey, runs the free Digital Coach Masterclass™ and related coaching programs through empower360hub.com.

This policy explains what information we collect when you register for the webinar and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

When you register, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and a few optional answers about your expertise and goals (for example, your profession, niche interests and biggest challenge).

We also collect standard technical information such as the pages you visit and the source that brought you to the site, to understand how our advertising performs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your details to: confirm your seat, send you the Zoom joining link and reminders by email, send reminder calls or messages about the session you registered for, share related resources and offers from Empower 360, and improve the masterclass experience.

We may use an AI voice-calling service to deliver the reminder calls you opted into at registration.

If you separately opt into WhatsApp messages, we send a registration welcome and reminders one day and 30 minutes before your registered session. We share private registration access links rather than meeting passwords; access requires a verified email matching your registration.

4. Advertising & Analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement, optimization and relevant ads. When advertising tracking is permitted, Meta receives page visits, registration steps, completed registration events, browser and device information and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send your registration name, email, phone number, expertise or challenges for customer matching.

Visitors in regions that require consent see a cookie banner before any advertising tracking loads, and can accept or reject it. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in our footer, and control personalised advertising through your Facebook ad preferences.

Your browser retains a visitor reference, dated advertising choices, region and the notice text and options you saw. A later rejection preserves earlier acceptance evidence and stops new advertising events, including across other open tabs. Blocked registrations are not reported later if you subsequently accept. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. Ordinary tracking outside consent-required regions stays enabled unless you reject it; unknown regions are blocked until you decide.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the webinar — our email delivery service, our calling provider and our advertising partners — and only for the purposes described above.

WhatsApp messages use Meta's WhatsApp Business service. We record your WhatsApp consent, scheduled messages, delivery updates and incoming messages needed to handle opt-outs. Delivery acceptance does not confirm delivery to your phone.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep your registration details while you remain part of the Empower 360 community and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. Access to your data is restricted to authorised systems and team members.

7. Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, ask us to stop reminder calls, or request that we correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us through our WhatsApp community.

Reply STOP to our WhatsApp Business number to stop automated WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp consent is optional and does not affect your webinar registration.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
