1. About the Masterclass

The Digital Coach Masterclass™ is a free, live, approximately 90-minute online session hosted by Pawan Pandey through Empower 360 Community Hub. Sessions are currently held on Sundays at 11:00 AM IST, and the date shown at registration is the session your seat is reserved for.

By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Registration

You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can send your joining link and reminders. Seats are limited by live-session capacity, and registration may close once capacity is reached.

If you register after a session has started, your seat is automatically moved to the next scheduled Sunday session.

3. Communications You Consent To

By registering, you consent to receive emails and AI-assisted reminder calls or messages about the session you registered for, plus related resources and offers from Empower 360. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

4. No Income Guarantee

The masterclass teaches a business-building framework. It is not a guarantee of income or results. Any figures mentioned (including potential monthly earnings) are illustrative possibilities, not promises.

Your results depend on your implementation, market demand, offer quality, skills, consistency and other individual factors.

5. Intellectual Property

All masterclass content, slides, frameworks and recordings are the property of Empower 360 and are provided for your personal learning only. You may not record, redistribute or resell them without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to disrupt the live session, misuse the chat or community spaces, or misrepresent your identity. We may remove participants who violate these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

The masterclass is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empower 360 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation or from decisions you make based on the content.
